Good find Marcel (Caveman), but what's the issue Preston, just curious. Did you find something w/o proper foundation anchors?
Plus, that's surprising Marcel. foundation anchors weren't required til '73?
Maybe it wasn't required for code/ specifications til then, but I assume foundation anchors were used before then and not enforced.
Edit: Obviously they were used before then, so why does it matter when it was code? Just asking?
Marcel, when was it code in my state?
