This is just a formal thank you to Dennis Goudreau that called me this afternoon to offer his help on trying to save me some report time after seeing pictures of the Love Shaq I did this weekend.

180 Pictures taken with 0ne page of notes, battery died in my camera, had to use backup.
Although, just about 40 +/- photos end up in the report, it took me over 4 hours. 2 hours and 45 min. for the inspection of a 1000 sf. two bedroom.

Five acre lot with a 1992 build. Condition, unreal. Price $52,000. My wife's girlfriend at work.
42 page report with all the dressings I attach to the binder like I like to do.
Here are a few pics of the House. It tells th story.

Like I have said, the house kills the deal, not the inspection, but you never know. ;D

Instead of doing the normal report, you make a new template and you do a "reverse report".
