How is your work up or way off.

I've noticed by watching the upload service stats that it seems very state dependent. The inspectors like Jay who have business forever always do well.

Down a little the last couple of weeks, but still steady

My business has been way down. 

Hardly any calls and the last couple I had decided to go with a lower priced inspector. New inspectors are continuously enetering the market here and they offer low price inspections.

I called some of my friends in the area and they stated they were lacking inspections as well. So it is not me, just the area and market at this time.

But, I need to re think my marketing strategies, pricing, inspection time, report time.
I hate loosing cals to low-ballers.

I just remind people they are low because they are new. But yes, with the down turn in construction, a lot of people are going into the inspection side.
