TOPIC: Home maintenance guide

I am looking for a home maintenance guide to give to my customers.  I remember of someone selling them at the inspectors show last year.  Does anyone know where I can get them or do you have a recommendations.

Hi James,

There's a few out there that I know of. Ben Gromicko, Keith Swift and the NACHIStore all have one.

I'm using the one by Ben Gromicko.  It is detailed enough to be useful but not so detailed that no one will use it.  I have another one at home but it has so much detail that it is almost an encyclopedia.  In my opinion, way overboard for our purpose (plus it costs about $35.)

I also use the one from Ben Gromicko titled now that you have had your home inspected.

Mr fix it has excellent books, AHIT has a good book.

I purchase Bens as they are the cheapest price. When I by 100/200 at a time it makes a difference if it is a $2, $5 or $10 individual price.
