Yes, they added the new hard drive last night and setup our automated backup system tonight. Murphys law kicked in so it's taking longer than expected to get everything back up. I'm in communication with the datacenter were it looks like the new drive might be and they're trying to make sure before replacing it. Everything is backed up so there's no worrries and the drives are mirrored. I'll post an update once I know more.
