I've used some of Brad's tools in the past. Some of them work well, some have been complete junk.

I took the program for a spin and compared it with my own stats and what I know of others in the home inspection software market (who will be paying close to what I do for similar phrases). The ranking for the keywords was correct, but that's obvious data. What keywords are actually being paid for was wrong (I know my competition isn't paying for 'software download' as a keyword as that applies to millions of companies). Everything else was wrong. The CPC (Cost Per Click) was WAY off. The max CPC was off and is hidden data Google does not release. Cost per day was also off. I'd pass on it.
