Funny you mention that Jay (re: Montrose location)... I've seen that too. I probably ought to keyword my zip code. We're about 30 miles north of Scranton in the other Montrose. We're nearly Binghamton, NY.

Blogging: I began my blogging campaign about two weeks prior to our move back east and I started getting phone calls the week we moved in. It really does work!
