TOPIC: Do I need a Home inspector?

I get a call from B of A from a loan officer requesting a home inspection, she sends a email with all the information so I call the client to set a inspection time. This was last Friday now this morning she emails again saying she hopes the home appraises at a certain price, I think what? Well I e mail her back telling her what about a appraisal she calls me up I tell here I am a HI a HI inspects and says she I thought Home Inspectors did appraisals I tell her not this one. After I switch client inspection dates to make this fit in..I need a Beer.. >

I've had that a few times. I like when someone calls for a builder warranty inspection and thinks it's free and builder will pay.
