TOPIC: How would you write this up?

How would you write this up? 10 years 10 months ago #53830

There is a raised section of concrete at the end of the walkway near the back patio with a gas stub up that is not being used. The boxes are low voltage lighting. The area is not in the path of travel. Is it just a trip hazard? The gas line is plugged.

There is nothing to write up.  No defect to be seen.

There is nothing sweeter than the smell of fresh cut grass on a baseball infield, the click of a wooden bat and the taste of a hot dog at a warm sunny daytime double-header.

I would make note of it's presense the same way your report would state concrete walkway's or composite shingles.
