TOPIC: My inspection from hell.

I have so many little nuggets, there is no way to add them all. The electrician that did the upgrade and remodel, must have been a complete butt wipe! Check out his hvac service panel.

Probably the homeowner, or his buddies.

I would be glad to share some nuggets with you guys.

It seems a few jurisdictions around here allow 2 years old workmanship in flipping houses. What is a permit.

This house yesterday had some comical installs.

I especially liked the garage roof. The front is done all nice with 3d shingles and the other 3 sides are done with roll roof. It was a steeper slope roof. Yes no roof drainage and the vinyl sided only half of the garage. Total done by a 2 year old.

Mine was the same. I took about 115 pics. I am sure i could have fould more if i looked all day. You like my nugget phrase dont you.

this work was probably done by some home owners that watch this  old house or HGTV I wonder what they where smoking. :-X
