TOPIC: Android model D115 not compatible with HIP mobile.

I was trying to update my tablets I use in the field - I have used Ipads in the past but wanted to try out the Android tablet so I purchased an Android Model D115 on Amazon, when I went to download the HIP mobile app- the tablet says the app won't work with this device- this Android device shows to be a 2024 Android 13 tablet, 128GB=16(8+8 expand) GB/512gb Expandable. When I purchased this tablet I assumed the HIP mobile would work on just about any Android- Can someone offer a suggestion on which Android tablet to use for the HIP mobile app.? I appreciate the input.
