I cannot generate the report or upload it to ISN. I get the same message, "An error was encountered while generating the report. Please try again." This has never happened before. Need help. Thanks.

More than likely the report is already open in Adobe Reader. If not, give the office a call at 888-750-4777. The message boards are not a good place for quick support. Use live chat, ticket system or call.
