The program is slow to respond to the mouse clicks. By slow, I mean at times, it could be 5 to 10 seconds before it responds, if it responds at all. It will go along just fine for a few minutes and then, no response. I've tried multiple mice and the problem persists. It has never done this before and I'm stumped as to how to correct it. I've closed the program and reopened it, but it's still the same. Any ideas? I'm using Windows 10 on a desk top.

Hi Terri,
It sounds like your hard drive may be failing. Obviously nothing has changed with the software and as you said it was working fine before. 10 seconds is definitely WAY too long. Give the office a call tomorrow and they can take a look for you and see if anything obvious is going on. |
