TOPIC: Looking to buy another computer

I know this topic has been covered many times before but technology is alway changing so I thought I would ask again.

I am looking for a convertible style PC to use in the field. My wish list is:
- wWndows based
- Removable or no keyboard
- Built in camera w/flash (the flash may not be possible)
- The ability to use the touch screen like a tablet by still be able to complete the report to PDF without having to use another computer.
- If it helps to know, the computer would be solely for HIP

What is everyone else using. Currently I use an iPad and upload to a MAC Book. This new computer is for a second inspector so I want a standalone system.
