TOPIC: Ratings field in HIP Mobile

So I understand that I can remove the ratings from the report. But what I would like to do is remove that from the HIP Mobile Software as well. Although it doesn't show in the report itself, it still makes me click a box in order for that section to be "greyed out"

I have the same issue, but it seems like it's built-in. However, I would like to see if there is a way around this.

Remove the text from the ratings from Report Settings->Ratings and you'll be set! Some people use the ratings for notes but don't want them printing which is why we still show them unless you remove the text.
