TOPIC: Download program to my new computer

Is there a way to download the program to my new computer without losing all my settings or do I have to have enter all my info again and my logo and all that, I also don't see the templates that I had on my last computer either???? thanks Todd

thanks that helped a lot, can you also let me know how do I get the HIP to download do I click on the cloud and sign up again even if I pay month to month now and I already paid for may, I tried about 5 times to download it but it didn't work it prompts me to sign up???

I figured it out thanks it worked this time when I logged in, maybe something I was doing, but either way it worked thanks again.
