TOPIC: trouble with down loading info from ISN

When I try to download inspection info I get an error that says, be sure you have the right logon info and you are on-line.
I double checked my ISN id, password , and company key and of course I am on-line but still no luck.

I do have up coming inspections in ISN but HIP can not find or see them.

What is my next step.

Also, I asked a few days ago if there is a way to export the agent info from ISN to HIP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Due to security changes that ISN made yesterday, their import feature will not work with HIP 3 any more. You have to be using HIP 4. We're having to make changes for Mac users on HIP 4 too as it's not working on a few Mac's (it's okay on both). It should work on all Windows machines.

I think I am on on version 3.9 for mac.  Do I need to upgrade to 4.0? If so, is there a charge to upgrade and should I wait until you have fixed any bugs?

HIP 4 is NOT working on Yosemite yet (Mac OS X 10.10). I'm trying to get that done now. If you're not on Yosemite you can upgrade fine. You'll need to contact the office via the ticket system or call to see if you qualify for free. About 70% of our users do.

I'm on HIP 4 and having trouble intermittently with ISN. Any ideas?

What version of HIP 4? Check under About->About. Is your issue with importing data from ISN or when sending the report to ISN?
