I am trying to upload a inspection from my phone to the cloud. Every time I try to sync my program locks up when zipping the file.
I have to shut off my phone to get out of the locked up program. I have done many inspections on my phone with no problems please help I have a client waiting for there inspection. 503-969-3841 |

Here's the steps for resolving this: To do this, use the ES File Explorer application. To install the program on your Android device, click on the following link: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop To delete the file, follow these steps: 1. Open the ES File Explorer application on your device. 2. From the list of folders listed, find the com.homeinspectorpro.mobile folder. 3. Tap on the Inspections folder. 4. Tap on the folder for the inspection that you were previously trying to upload when it locked up. 5. Tap and hold your finger on the file "Inspection.zip" until it is checked. *IMPORTANT* - Do NOT select the actual folder with the name of your inspection (such as 123_Main_St_02-28-14). Tap on this folder, then select the Inspection.zip file within this folder. Deleting the inspection folder itself (ie 123_Main_St_02-28-14) will cause the inspection to be lost and unable to be recovered. The Inspection.zip file will be recreated the next time you try to upload. 6. Once the file is checked, tap on the Delete icon. Then make sure you have a good wifi connection when uploading otherwise the inspection can lock up again using a poor internet connections. Peter |

Exactly what Peter said (thanks Peter, Karma for you!!).
David, make sure to upload via wifi only. What you experienced happens with a bad cell UPLOAD connection (download speed could be great). |

Thanks for the info Dom. I have had this happen before and just redid the inspection. Had the problem this morning and this info in great. Now I can upload the inspection and not redo it.
