I just bought a mac book pro and I have two questions to start.
My new mac book does not have a disk drive, how can I get a new copy of HIP down loaded to the mac? If I create a report on my PC2GO in the field is that file than able to be copied over the the mac and finished, stored, emailed, etc.? OK, three questions. Are the templates I created exchangeable between a windows and mac machine? |

Hi Mark,
To get Home Inspector Pro on a computer without a disk drive; you need to navigate to our website and download the free trial of HIP, After it has completed installing, load the license file you received when you purchased HIP. I've included a link to the Home Inspector Pro downlaod www.homeinspectorpro.com/download-home-inspection-software.html . In response to your second question yes, inspections you create in the field can be uploaded to your Mac Pro. From the desktop they can be further edited, and the final report can be generated. In response to your last question yes templates are interchangeable between Mac and PC. If you have any further question post here or file a ticket. Sincerly, Ethan Mahintorabi Home Inspector Pro employee |
