TOPIC: Help with IPad Mini

With supports help, I downloaded the trial HIP mobile program to my Ipad Mini. I was able to load the one template that I wanted.
Here are my questions,
1. I wanted to download more templates, but cannot figure out how to Re-Sync and download additional templates.
2. I was doing a test inspection and when I select a Narrative with a drop down list, no list appears. If you type in the Narrative
it then overwrites the Drop Down Box.
Really could use some help.

1. You need to upload the templates from your desktop first via the Mobile Sync button. There's a video tutorial on our site (click tutorials at the top) that walks you through this entire process. If you need help let us know.

2. Click the icon that looks like a book when editing the comment. That will pop up your list to select from.

The Tutorial helped alot, Thanks.
But, about the pop-up list. I clicked on the icon that looks like a book and a pop-up says:
"No Photo's or Videos", The pencil and paper icon is for "New Comment" and the Square with the arrow does nothing.

OK, Figured it out.
First "click" on the Narrative,
Second "click" on the pencil,
Third "click" on the Book Icon
and the list is at the bottom.

You could skip the first step and directly click the pencil.
