TOPIC: Purchased HomeInspector Pro + HIP package not loading full version?

Purchased Home Inspector Pro + HIP package but when I load it still shows up as a trial version or to Load a Licence. How do I get the full version to work?

Hi Michel,  I responded to your email about half an hour ago. You need to reply to the email you received right after your purchase so we can create your license file.
