I was emailed a pdf doc attachment on a constructions defects case I'm working on and I can veiw the doc but it won't download or print. When I'm viewing the doc on gmail there is a print icon but when I click on it there is no response. Google help is useless.

Anybody out there who might know how to deal with this.

What browser are you using? Try changing browsers or checking your extensions or add-ons to make sure that Adobe Reader is set for that specific browser.
