TOPIC: Home Inspection Program with Data stored in a Database

I am looking for a home inspection program that stores the data collected in a database.  There is no need for a fancy output designed for a home owner, as this will be used to collect the housing information for a small First Nation in Canada.

I looked at home inspection software several years ago, but every software package reviewed had the printout as the end product.  I need to analyse the data for the whole community to develop a plan for improving the housing stock.  Previuosly I had to copy the output to a spreadsheet by hand, a labourious and boring job. 

Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Home Inspector Pro stores everything in xml files which can be read into a database. We have several property management companies that do exactly that.
