TOPIC: New 2go screen will not flip

Hey guys,
      Just received my new 2go convertible. The screen automatically changed the first day when I would rotate it from tablet to desktop formation. Now 2 days later it will not automatically flip. I know there is some sensor in there. I have to manually change the orientation to use the standard keyboard. Although I will be in tablet form mostly for inspections, this is not good, because if I have to write something quick I will have to use the touchpad keyboard or flip it and then set it manually and back again (no way). Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, is there some setting that needs to be changed. I have looked all over. Of course I have left a message with the technical department. Hopefully a simple correction, otherwise if this is an issue, Not to happy with the unit so far ???..... Beginning to question my purchase. I have not even had a chance to use it in the field yet and already something is not working and the touch pad does not seem to register the touch very well. I have to repeat tapping quite a bit. I have synchronized the thing a dozen times.!!  I will let anyone know what tech says. I called them Friday to ask a few questions and the lady was not very helpful and did not seem to know very much at all about computers much less theirs. She was kind of rude and short (maybe having a bad day?) but had a hard time answering simple questions and just kept saying "oh you only got the 30gb solid state drive, that is an issue and will be used up in no time). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

There's a program you'll see in the bottom right that allows you to rotate or have auto rotate on.

What version of Home Inspector Pro are you using? We made an update for the CTL2Go and the touch screen back in 2.8.2.

The 30 gb hard drive is MORE than enough for you

Quick Controller program I have on my desktop allows me to check or uncheck auto rotate. The auto rotate was checked, so that is not the issue. Thanks, I did not know I had that, but any other ideas/ Tech is closed for the weekend!

The auto rotation on the CTL2 is not very good. I own the machine and the rotation is slow, sporadic and is not a very good feature.

You are running an older version of HIP 2.9.1 is the latest version.

Good luck with tech support at CTL2 as they are not very knowledable.

I found a 2.8.2 update. Do I run or save. I believe Run correct. Can not find the 2.9.1. Also, will this change my current template?
