Hi David,

The .tpz are templates meant to be opened within Home Inspector Pro via the Open Template button. Save the files to C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Data then click Open Template within the software to see them.

Hi David,

What operating system are you using? If you're on Windows Vista or 7 with security cranked up you might need to right click on the file and uncheck the security feature that locks files from other computers.

Do you see the template when you click on Open Template?

Google Chrome would be your Internet Browser. Your operating system is probably Windows Vista or Windows 7.

If you're getting that message you're trying to open them directly. You can't just open a tpz. You need to click on the link here, then select Save. Then save to C->Program Files->Home Inspector Pro->Data. Then open up Home Inspector Pro software and click on Open Template.

Check out www.homeinspectorpro.com/inspector-forum...m-The-Message-Board/ for detailed instructions. If you still have a problem let me know and we can do a remote session.
