This not really a computer question but could not decide where else to post.
Was hoping I could get some help with a word document. I do quite a few wind Mitigation Inspections which are required to obtain home owners insurance in Florida. The inspection form is produced by the Office Of Insurance Regulation and has to be manually filled out with a pen. However i have been able turn the form into a word document that is exactly the same as the insurance form with one exception. The form has several boxes that must be checked off which identify differing methods of attachment etc. My problem is I can not fiqure out how to add the text boxes which would allow me to put an x inside the box. I'm using Office 2003. Any and all help would be appreciated as this is the only item that is preventing me adding the document to HIP and going electronic on these inspections. |
