Got Puter malfunction, this must be the place. ;D

Dom, since the last time you upgraded HIP, every timie I click on it, a pop up window from user Account Control will ask me to disallow or allow.
Real pain in the butt.

Just discovered trying to download a couple of templates from Drew, that when I drag the file over to drop in the HIP data documents, it says error and not allowed.

How do I shut off this user account control?
