TOPIC: .mobi

Hey Dom!  What's up with .mobi?  If I get a .mobi address will it convert my site to a readable format on say my Blackberry?  Or, do you need to build an entirely new site to take advantage of the .mobi system?

.mobi is just another extension. It won't do anything to your site. You have to make a separate site or make your site have a 2nd template like ours. If you look at the HIP site on a cell phone that I've programmed into it, it'll use the cell template and things will work great on your phone.

It's much better to do it under the .com so the traffic goes to one site. Google will pick up that it's a mobile site.
