I WISH, I WISH, I WISH...... That I could click on a comment with my mouse and use a keyboard short cut to more the comment to either the red of the black boxes.

For instance, click comment hit Command R or Command B to send the to the red or black box. Less mouse work.

Mac user and I use MacBook air on site for writing reports. Thanks

I second that and it would be cool to be able to click on a comment already in say BLACK and move it to RED. Sometimes I'll click on a comment in the mobile version prior to editing, so if I decide later to move it between BLACK and RED I have to go through multiple steps.

Barry, this was added 6 months ago with HIP 5! There's a double arrow to flip comments between black and red.

How about a speed writing feature where you can link comments. For example if I make a selection it is linked to a comment. There are times when I will alway use the comment if I have a particular selection. One click could be linked to one or multiple comments. That could save some time with report writing.

I would like the repair request list to be accessed directly from report, i cant get realtors on board with using the RED via ISN

The ability to attach a picture to a specific comment and not just in that section of the report.
