Floating search bar for HIP iPad Mobile. I noticed on the Droid Mobile that the search bar follows you down as you scroll through narratives. It would be great if the search bar did the same thing on the iPad instead of staying at the top. I think you said you were looking into making it an option we can turn on or off. I would have it on.

Ahh okay, gotcha.

I would love to have the ability to add a signature directly to the mobile version in a signature box built into the program. That would take care of having any question about when the signature was received and loaded into the program. Currently I send the contract prior to the inspection for most clients, but for some who have computer gliches and such, I typically get a signature on a separate app and then send a copy of the contract to them with the report. I never feel good about this system since the date on the contract file is not the same as the time of the signature. The signature file is dated and GPS tagged, but there's no way to prove what it was for. Having both a copy of the contract built into the template and a place to sign the contract onsite would clear that up.

...is there a chance for the floating search bar for the HIP Mobile - iPad?

I recently inspected a large house and had to add items to my template for that house such as additional water heaters, HVAC systems, etc.  So, I have changed my report to not print/include items that have nothing selected.  And that works great.  However, now the item does not get "grayed" on HIP Mobile or "greened" on HIP PC.  I really use the gray feature on HIP Mobile to know that I have finished an item and/or section.  My new process makes this harder and I have to go back and check.  Could you add a "Do Not Include" rating?  Thus, I could select that rating and it would mean the same thing to HIP PC as if nothing was selected.  Thus, the rating could gray/green the item and I would know it was completed.  Thanks.
