Cameron...I've had the same experience.  It appears the photos which use less memory have less gray...but that's only a hypothesis at this time, and I haven't been able to prove it.  Are you using a 5S or 5C?

I have a 5. Not a 5s or 5c.

I haven't tested different photos, only the same photos each cropped at different amounts. It seemed like the original photo is the only one that had problems. Perhaps it's an apple issue with a native photo.

I think we have the graying issue solved thanks to Dan's pics. I also have all merging issues fixed in HIP 4.2.5 which we have a few guys testing right now. If you want a copy to beta test, let me know.

so will this up date issue solve the rename section issue as well , I heard a problem occurred when some inspectors were using the merge option

I'm on 3.9 so beta testing 4.2.5 may not work with my license.

I am running on a Samsung Galaxy S5 that recently upgraded to Android version 5.0.  Since the upgrade, I am getting a crash on HIP Mobile 4.1.3.  When I take a picture, it displays the picture and buttons for Retry or OK.  If the picture did not work correctly and I click Retry, it opens the camera again and I can take another picture.  I take that picture, like it and click OK.  HIP crashes every time.  Thanks.
