Who here is using HIP 4.0+ on their Mac? I'm having a hard time figuring out where Apple keeps their videos so I can insert them into my report. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Chad,
What do you mean by where they keep them? Where did you take them originally? When you plug in your camera does a drive appear on the desktop? If so, you can select the video directly from there. |

Right now I'm taking photos with my iPhone. I plug my phone into my Macbook and download everything (pictures & video) to iPhoto. From that point I can get single pictures to load into HIP, but for some reason I can't get batch photos or videos. I'm sure it's user error, but this is where I'm just starting to learn HIP.

There currently is no batch video. They have to be added one at a time.
To batch add photos, you need to export them out of iPhoto (under File menu) to a folder. You can also batch add directly from the drive that should pop up when you plug in the iPhone. If you're using HIP Mobile then you should be taking the pictures within the app and they'd automatically be in the correct section, could be annotated on the phone, etc. |
