TOPIC: More Photo Buttons in mobile

Got a new idea or suggestion for thoughts and feedback.

I would love to have access to inserting photos from the second level of menus in HIP Mobile. I've included a sample of it below.

Basically, if you needed to insert a photo into your "Interior:Walls" section, you would only need to hit "Interior" and then the list of sections would have buttons at the right side to immediately take you to the corresponding photo section. This would eliminate, at the least, one button tap for every section you access in your report every time you take a photo. It would also eliminate a button tap every time you access your photos to make any changes. That would equal 50, 100 or more taps per inspection for myself.(probably many more)

Anyone like this idea?

Great job on your photo editing! Interesting idea but I'm not sure why it saves so many clicks. Aren't you in these sections already to add comments?

I always take my photo first. Also, since I don't do room by room, Electrical, structural, foundation, plumbing, heating items often demand that I come back to those sections as I find defects throughout the basement or crawl space.

There are also some photos which I include but don't have any comments, specifically in the electrical system. I recently changed my wiring section to only be photos with detailed comments for captions.

Okay, I just realized, through direct frigid experience , another benefit to this. When I'm doing the exterior during winter months it's too cold to stand outside and take down all my comments, so I take my photos first.

Once I come inside I have to load the photos in each section first so I can remember individual items I took pictures of.

Okay, makes sense. I like the idea, I'm just not sure how multiple icons will work with the type of row system we're using right now. I'll definitely start looking into it though.

I have another thought on photos but I'm going to work up a graphic to show it sometime.
