The Windows version, and the 64 bit BETA version of HIP for Mac 3.6.6 is out. Make a copy of your HIP folder before updating so you have a backup in case you have an issue with the beta.

New Design: Lists remain active in red/black area even after a comment has been selected. This allows quicker changes to comments if there's a mistake or a change needs to be make.
Bug Fix: Fixed new line not created when there's numbers and no description text.

New Feature: When opening Mobile HIP insections using Lists they will be properly selected and show the selections in damage panels (previously only worked in selection panels).

New Feature: You can now rearrange photos in the report by dragging and dropping to reorder within the actual section of the report. Click Show Photos in any section to view the photos and then rearrange (you may also have photos always set to print).
New Feature: You can now hover your mouse over a picture to review the caption you chose while in the comments section (area left or red/black buttons).
Bug Fix: Removed extra comma in summary at beginning of comments.
Bug Fix: Fixed extra space and line added when the description text field is blank.

New Feature: New checkbox added under Report Settings->Options->Item Options to split single items across multiple pages. By default Home Inspector Pro does NOT split single items (i.e. toilet, windows, etc) across multiple pages. If an item doesn't fit one one page, all comments for that item get pushed to the next page. This is to prevent one or two stray lines from ending up on the next page. In some templates (such as the TREC template) reports tend to have much longer items than usual (lots of comments within one item),<br> so breaking them across more than one page makes sense.
Bug Fix: The Summary Report title was previously overlapping with the text on Texas reports printed with page breaks. This has been fixed.

New Feature: Merge Inspection! Go to File->Import/Merge Another Inspection to merge multiple inspections together. You can repeat this multiple times to import as many inspections as you want into one. If a section already exists in the original inspection then the comments will be merged together. If the section doesn't exist, it will be added. This means you can give one inspector a template with JUST electrical, another with just plumbing, another with just structure, etc and they will all merge together. Or, you could give everyone a full house template and they will still all merge together. Ratings from the inspection being merged into the original will only be merged in if the original inspection doesn't have any ratings. In otherwords, the original inspections ratings will remain if they exist, if not ratings will be copied in.
New Feature: Pre-Start inspections. The merge feature also allows you to have pre-started inspections. Go through an setup an inspection as you want and then save it. Then when you want to use it you can 'Merge' it into a fresh inspection template.
New Feature: Option added to right click to add words to the dictionary.
Bug Fix: False errors when submitting recallchek reports has been fixed.
Bug Fix: Password field for HIP login information wasn't always saving correctly.
Design Change: A few changes to help correct issues that can occur when uploading a report with [[]] notes in them.
