Thanks Dominic. Moved the two files, dumped the rest, and everything seems fine. I have no idea how I ended up with two files... had a similar problem the last time I updated. Could it be because the files are living on an external drive? Or maybe because I had been running a 32 bit version? I didn't do anything unusual... just let the installation process do what it does. I did buy HIP mobile and I am subscribed to the cloud service. I now see that the download from itunes is free, so I'll give it a whirl. Thanks!

Ahh yeah that would do it. Next time you update make sure to select the external drive for the program to update to.

I actually did choose the external drive and that is where it went. The older file and the new file were then both on the same drive.
I downloaded the app for the iphone and started to play with it. I downloaded a template with no problem, but I can't seem to create an inspection. There is one template on the phone (the manage tab) and it is highlighted. I then typed in an inspection name and hit create. Nothing happens. There is no inspection showing up on the available inspections list. What am I doing wrong? I made certain to save a template on my desktop in the new version first... |

Is the link to 3.4.5 broken for the Windows version?
I get an error when trying to down load the executable to 3.4.5...? |
