TOPIC: New Feature - Comment (Damage Panel Item) to Summary Page

Don't know if this has been touched on before -
BUT -
Would like the ability to flag a Item as a Comment to summary
For example -
Right now I can move an Item as Black or Red to Comments in Damage Panel
Red Items show up on the summary Page as Critical Issues
Would like it to be a Three Tiered Damage Panel

Black - Normal Comment Item
Blue/Green? - Comment of IMPORTANCE but NOT necessarily CRITICAL OR SAFETY = Copy to Summary Page
Red - Comment SAFETY or Critical Issue = Copy to Summary Page

The reasoning behind this is my reports are system by system report based on the Oregon Standards of Practice
simular to the System by System Nachi Standards and run 30-45 pages in length
This would allow the "Meat and Potatoes" to all be listed in the summary.
The Realtors always just go to the summary page and It would also make for a great Punch List for Contractors instead of the sellers or realtor "sharing" my entire report with trades people.

I also must say YOUR PRODUCT ROCKS! - I use the android version also and I now actually have time for Family insted of sitting in front of the computer all night - The time savings is HUGE! when using the android product.
The On-Site time is longer but I would much rather be in the field that stuck at my desk.
