TOPIC: Issue with Mac Beta

It already exists! I though I posted the info here a few weeks ago, but I guess I just posted it on the NACHI forum. Im on my phone so I can't look the site up right now. Apple has allowed a 3rd party to make them. Google modbook. I think the site is axiom.com

Thanks Dominic for the license change and the latest version of the MAC beta, but I am having a problem with the template I use coming up upon opening the program and the saving of my company data, again.  I have done all suggested in this thread when I have had the problem before.  I even dumped the company file and reloaded it into the program, but exiting using the file-exit or the red box is not saving my information.  The time on the file after doing all of this is still the time when I actually updated the license, so it looks as if the file is not being updated.

I want to do a remote session and this program allows me to see your computer. The other guys I sent the beta to seem to be working ok (though I only sent it out last night and have only heard back from a few).

Is 2.6.0 the latest Mac Beta Version still?  I too have a problem with the DEFAULT TEMPLATE, basically if I want a template to open on startup, I need to rename it DefaultTemplate otherwise the checkbox does nothing.

Make sure to just copy the files directly in to your current Home Inspector Pro folder.

We got the defaults to work fine on Roberts machine. For some reason the file security on his system wasn't allowing his CompanyInfo.enc file to be written to. Try deleting that file and copying over the license from the original email fresh into the Data folder. See if you can then set a new default. Worked fine on his machine. Let me know how it goes.
