Bob, I agree. I've had people asking me about deleting a report for awhile. The only issue becomes what type of message should be given to the client and agent if you delete a report. Do we just say it doesn't exist? Do we say to contact you for a new link?

How should things be worded if you set a 3 month limit on reports and someone looks at 4 months. Do you want them to contact you? Just tell them access denied? Got to be something friendly and encouraging them to get back in contact with you (probably for another inspection).

This is an important topic. I hope to get a lot of you guys to weigh in with opinion. I'm finishing up the first stage of the system that will email you each time an agent or client views your report. I will also be setting it up so that a log of the viewings including the time, who viewed it (agent or client), etc. I need to know what else you want to see added. Here is a sample of the email you would receive. Let me know what you think! The client email would be the same.

Hi {Inspector Name}

Agent: {Agent Name} has just viewed the report you uploaded regarding:

Client: {Client Name}

Time Agent Viewed Report: {Time Viewed}

Property Address: {Address Inspected}

By the form, do you mean the inspection report?
