TOPIC: Upload Service - Reply-To Address

Finally finished this feature. When you use the report upload service it will now list your email address as the reply to address. It will have to list our email address as the from to minimize spam filters from blocking it, but the important thing is that if the client or agent hits reply, the emails will now go to you. Give it a spin. Keep in mind this means that you need to keep an eye on any emails bouncing back to you as bad now as we won't receive them, you will. Often these end up in the spam filter, so check there and make sure to mark them as not spam to teach your

Dominic, am I still available to try this, or has my time run out. Fetch report is not working today, but earlier I was having issues with uploading here as well? Should I give it a try?

You can still try it, go for it.

I've spent quite a bit of time today working on the new reporting features for the upload service that will let you know when someone views your report. Not quite done yet, but getting there.

Make sure your file name does not have an & or an ' in it and you should be fine. I've also had an issue with a few guys who actually had reports over 8 megabytes (I think you were one of them). Obviously this requires a few hundred pictures as we reduce everything a lot.
