TOPIC: Template edit problems with Mac Beta version

2 problems found relating to the same part of the template/inspection.

1.  When trying to edit the Default template Structure>Foundation and double clicking on Foundation Ventilation the window is blank with only the buttons CANCEL BACK NEXT FINISH showing at the bottom.

2.  In the inspection when in the Structure>Foundation>Foundation Ventilation is selected the Damage windows all have BLACK>> and RED>> but no <<Delete

I am guessing it has something to do with the fact that there are 3 sections since all of the other areas have 2 at most.  I will play around and see if that is the case.

That's exactly the reason. In fact I've deleted it and split it up in the new version. The old 3 panel sections were created in a VERY old version of the program and that one never got changed. It didn't really matter until we added the new ability to edit sections in template editor so we left it. We never change existing templates so you will need to make two new sections and copy the comments over. Then you can delete the old section.

the one and double section has been best for what you need. It gets to complicated, to much to look for in an inspection. Also what I did with my versions of the template is all major problems stay towards the bottom, split the difference up so you would know whats red or whats black..this makes it easier when your on the job site..Dominic Gave me that Idea, and it works out better..
