TOPIC: Inspector Pro insurance

Inspector Pro insurance 11 years 9 months ago #52238

Just wondering if anyone uses them and how they are?
Received a quote from them and they are quite a bit less than HUB or FREA
Should I be leery as to why they're so much cheaper?

Inspector Pro and Allen Insurance have both completely changed how insurance works. Both are good companies. Call Bob Pearson at Allen Insurance and get a quote too. Tell him you're a HIP user and you get $100 off your premiums.

Hi Home Inspectors,

This is David Brauner, Senior Broker at OREP.org. I just wanted to let you know that OREP has expanded its coverage to include General Liability at no additional cost, in its E&O coverage program, in all states. Most other ?incidental? coverages are included also, like pest and radon. The minimum premium is $1,250 for $300,000 aggregate limit. We've has been writing insurance for inspectors for 12 years and we also publish Working RE magazine: issuu.com/workingre/docs/homeinspector-news-issue-2?mode=window

Let me know if you have questions.

I just switched to Inspector Pro.  The agent, Landon, was very easy to work with.  I met him at Inspection World.  Knock on wood, I haven't made a claim.  Dont plan on starting now!
