Theme 7 is now more customizable. You can replace the top banner image and footer image with your own. Go to Themes->Configure and upload your own images just like you can in other themes. Go to the main home page of the site and click on Website Images to view PSD and JPEG versions of the header and footer that you can use as starting points.
