Is that what you're looking for? Maybe the logo above Duane, then the rest? I switched up each theme originally so they all didn't start to look the same. I think that the blocks should be able to go all the way to the top of the left sidebar, you could get a logo in there. The header should be able to start at the bar and go to the right. look at the logo in the mission statement, that is the same logo as in the header. The header is distorting the image. I have tried several and get the same result.
