I am creating pages within my site that I only want to be accessed by link words on my Homepage. I do not want the pages to show up in the Navigation menu. When creating the page and you get to the menu settings does anyone know what setting to use to make this happen?

Don't give it a menu title and it won't appear.

Check to delete this menu item. Does this check box delete the whole page or just the page from the navigation menu?

The search engines still crawl the page even though it is not in the menu, correct? |

Yup! If they can access it from any link they will crawl it. Basically they start at your home page and spider their way along.
