Looks good.
1. Add a tag line/call to action etc....like "call now to get the best damn home inspections in seattle/olympia" at the top of your pages
2. It appears you take CC? That should be seen/known at the top of each page without scrolling.
3. Add internal links from one page to another.
4. Don't have a testimonials button until you actually have testimonials
5. Try to add more external links other than inspectors. i.e. ASHI

I only look at the pictures....  Maybe add some comforting pics with people in them on you home page to break up all  that text. Maybe add a slideshow somewhere.

I like your logo banner.  Its different.
