I am trying to add content to one of my blocks.

Using Google Chrome.
when I click on configure I can see the bock body editor but it is completely blank and will not allow me to interact with it.

Using Internet Explorer
when I click on configure I can see the block body and source code of the current content but the editor buttons are gone.
