TOPIC: Template modifications

Hi Guys:

I'm not sure if you have seen the thread on the NACHI MB where Kate Tarasenko is providing reviews of the first pages of member's websites.
She has reviewed mine and she has made suggestions regarding the top part of Theme 02 that I'm using.
She suggests putting "my photo" on the right side instead of the guy with the clipboard that comes with the template.

My question is:  Is it possible to do as she suggests and if so, how?

Doug... No time right now for indepth, but a quick look-see of your site reveals that the Nachi VERIFY logo makes your page look cheap! The RATIO needs to be corrected... it's all squashed looking. So, when you are in there fixin' stuff, do yourself a favor and address that issue. It's the small things that make a huge difference on public perception.

What does correct the RATIO mean?

One other thing she mentioned its to make the Menu links darker or another color
How do I do that?

You can download the header images from our home page. Click on Website Hosting on the left side after logging in and go to your theme. Then you can use a program like photoshop to add the picture of you on there.
