I have not edited my website for some time now, so please excuse my ignorance. Besides HTML, there used to be another way (true text or something like that) to edit the pages. Is that still available?

Yes definitely and you should see it. If you're not try clicking the icon on the right of your address bar that looks like a broken page. It's probably hiding the editor and that will reveal it.

My address bar doesn't show a broken page icon. Is there another way to find it?
