TOPIC: Help!

Signed up last week... went to start work on my website this weekend and it won't let me sign in , with the user name and password they verified in my welcome email...  ???
Sent an email Sunday, called and left a message Monday.....really need to get this thing going....

I don't see any calls from you in the logs today. We did have 5x the normal calls because of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale so it's possible it got missed. Don't forget you can jump on Live Chat too at any time during the day to get instant help. You probably changed the password at the first login as that's required. Click on Forgot Password on your website and it'll send you a new password. If you still can't get in just let us know. The message boards here are the last place for quick help though as I only check it a few times a day. Live Chat, Phones & Help Desk are tops.

Thanks! I tried the forgot password link and it doesn't recognize my user name either, I'm all screwed up! I'll call in after 9am today.
