TOPIC: Editing html coded images in the "Site Info" section?

Editing html coded images in the "Site Info" section? 13 years 6 months ago #40947

Is it possible to make the interNachi "Call Me Now" button and "10,000 Guarantee" logo smaller on my website? I've tried changing the sizes in most every normal way possible but they always save to the large size. www.UtahInfraredInspection.com

I gotta get this website stuff dialed in over the next couple days. I've got some stiff competition on the InterNachi website competition this month.

Sure, right click on the image, image properties and reduce the width. That should set you up! If it doesn't, check the code you inserted for their own hard coded values.

I've right clicked and changed the image size over and over with no luck. It changes the picture size but then when I go back to my home screen they grow back to the larger size.

These are the codes. Do you see any thing preventing them from being smaller?

<big><font face="arial"><small><b><big><strong>              </strong></big></b></small></font></big>

<a href=" www.nachi.org/verify.php?nachiid=NACHI10062304 "><img alt="$10,000 Honor Guarantee, Backed by InterNACHI" src=" www.nachi.org/images/logos-banners/inter...achiid=NACHI10062304 " /></a><a href=" www.inspectornow.com/callme.php?id=20082 " target="callMeWin">                </a><a href=" www.inspectornow.com/callme.php?id=20082 " target="callMeWin"> <img alt="Have a Utah Certified Infrared Home Inspector Call" src=" www.nachi.org/images/buttons/nachi_call_button_1.gif " /></a>

Thanks

Like what I just did in your left sidebar? Maybe you just need to right click on the page & shift-refresh.

What I did was:

Go to your block and edit it.
Right click the image and click image properties.
Type in 150 for the width, click the height so it would auto adjust.
Click the image, click center.
Save.

Hehe. Yes Bob, it does the math for you. But I'm glad your junior high math came in handy!
